We proud to announce that we have been invited by the Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPTs) review team NHS England and Improvement to attend a series of roundtable meetings to explore potential solutions and actions that can be taken to address some of the challenges in the service. The meetings will focus on Eligibility criteria, access and service challenges, Volunteering and community transport, Operations, Systems and Technology, Data and contracting.
